A small battery lamp inspired by the Space Needle shape. Developed bespoke for the space needle restaurant renovation. The design was a success with both Kartell and the Space Needle and so was put into production almost immediately, even before the restaurant opened. It is now part of the Kartell catalog and sells in the Space Needle gift shop as a special souvenir. The lamp comes in 4 standard colors, and a 5th red color was added for Valentines Day. The small lamp uses LED lighting and a touch sensor at the top as an on/off switch. We provided Kartell with a real size 3D printed model for industrial prototype production.
