My first design for Thea was made bespoke for a luxury suite hotel terrace in Instanbul. As designed it was too expensive to commercialize but it had potential - so we decided to value engineer it and RODA was interested in making it with us - thus Thea was born. A collection of outdoor seating and tables meant mainly for the hospitality/contract market. The collection was introduced in Salone del Mobile 2019. Sofa and Lounge chairs have an aluminum structure and loose upholstered cushions. Side tables are also aluminum and have a glazed ceramic or stone tabletop.
